My name is XYZ. I am an employee of your
organization. Last month I have observed that our team performance was not up
to the mark and am personally really feel ashamed of my team performance. So as
a team member, I want to share some performance improvement plans for our team.
Some of those are like at first we need to identify the weak point for our
team, then we need to discuss those with everyone and everyone will take the
responsibility to meet each one parameter. Apart from that, we should have at least
one meeting every week additional to discuss all the problems of advisors in
our team. If needed we can stay 10-15minutes more after our shift timing to
discuss our issue which we have faced all over the day.
There also have some other plans which I want to
share with you if you support me for that. I’ll wait for your reply.

organization. Now a days there are so many unhygienic issue is happening due to
lack of security. So I want to improve those things by requesting you. Some of
the employees are using other’s systems for doing their own work and not
following the etiquette of a workplace So it will be better to make a notice
for using their own system and if anyone is not following the same please take
necessary action for that. To check all over the floor install some more
cameras into the floor. And finally, issue all employees a Id Card which has
door access. I have notices a relative of an employee has entered the
floor without any permission from anyone. So please look into those things and
take necessary action for that.
